2017年8月1日，禅修茶道特色课程一日禅开班了！
On Aug. 1st, 2017, the special one-day Chan Tea class officially starts!

凌晨四点，在优美的禅修茶道音乐《咏茶》中，近二十位学员，陆续来到东讲堂二楼，签到、落座，井然有序中无限期待。
At 4 a.m., while the song “Praise to the tea” was playing, over twenty students came to the second floor of east auditorium one after the other to join the class.  With full of curiosity and expectations, they signed in and sit down. Everything went smoothly.

讲师和班长自我介绍后，同修喜悦相识，在洋溢着温馨与期盼中开启了一天的禅修茶道之旅。
After the brief self-introductions from the instructor and the class monitor, everyone started to introduce themselves. In the friendly and warm atmosphere, the one-day Chan class began.
有的一日禅学员是暑期教师禅修班的学员，被禅修茶道初级增益班的禅茶师们散发出来的端庄儒雅吸引；有的沉醉于空灵悠远的禅修茶道音乐，想进一步感受其中无穷的淡雅神韵；有的学员是往期夏令营的学生，成为公司员工的他们，面对工作的压力，想通过禅修茶道一日禅帮助他们突破自己事业的瓶颈；有的学员因为好奇于不同的人泡出的茶汤色泽不一，茶味或苦涩或甘醇，想一探究竟……
Students came here with various reasons. Some were students of summer camp for teachers. They were attracted by the elegance and gracefulness of Chan Tea artists from advanced level Chan Tea class. Some were charmed by the ethereal Chan Tea music and wanted to experience more. Some were students from previous summer camp who became employees and were constantly facing working pressure. They hoped the one-day Chan class could help them break through the bottleneck of their careers. Some of them were amazed at the different colors and tastes of tea made by different people and wanted to find out why.

妙丽讲师带领学员读诵《禅修茶道百句三字经》，并简要介绍其中的修学技法，鼓励大家深入学习蕴含着禅机妙理的心法。
In the class, instructor Miaoli guided everyone to recite the Three-Character Canon of Chan Tea.  She briefly elaborated how to practice the movements of Chan Tea. Additionally, she encouraged everyone to practice the mind cultivation of Chan Tea as well.
通过观看禅修茶道的视频介绍，大家了解了禅修茶道不同于普通茶艺、茶道或禅修。禅修茶道是集禅修、茶道、音乐、养生为一体的参修方法，其宗旨在于弘扬中华优秀禅茶文化，展现真诚善良精美艺术，增强庄重典雅高贵气质，提升学人品德文明素养。
Through the short Chan Tea introduction video, everyone grasped the key differences between Chan Tea and all other tea ceremonies, as well as the differences between Chan Tea and other Chan meditation methods. Integrating Chan meditation, Chinese tea ceremony, music as well as health promotion together, Chan Tea is an excellent way of self-cultivation. It aims to propagate excellent Chinese traditional Chan Tea culture; reveal sincere kind and refined art; enhance solemn graceful and elegant qualities and improve people’s morality,integrity and civilization.
