潮州两班结业｜禅修茶道走进工夫茶之乡潮州
Chan Tea class came to a successful end in the hometown of Gongfu Tea, Chaozhou.

    2017年8月17日至19日，禅修茶道初级讲习班、初级增益班在潮州凤凰山乃兴度假村欢喜举办。来自潮州等地的35名学员开始了充实而又新颖的禅茶学习之旅。
From August 17th -19th,  the entry and advanced level Chan Tea classes were held at Naixing resort on Mount. Phoenix of Chaozhou. 35 students from Chaozhou and other places began an informative and novel learning journey of Chan Tea .

    本期开班地点在凤凰山山上，海拔1100米的乃兴石湖度假村中，早晚如春，温度在18℃-24℃之间。烟雾缭绕，空气清新；草木生香，百鸟叽啾。湖面如镜，蓝天白云。
The classes were held at Naixing Stone Lake Resort on the Mount. Phoenix, which is 1100 meters above sea level. The morning and the evening always feel like spring, with the temperature between 18 and 24 ℃. The wreathing fog, refreshing air, aroma of grass, chirp of birds, mirror- like lake, blue sky and white clouds are the characteristics of this breathtaking place.

    潮州的学员分享到，从小喝茶，没想到茶跟禅有这么深的联系，如果潮州工夫茶能结合禅修茶道，就能够更加优美，增强文化底蕴。

A student from Chaozhou shared, “I started drinking tea when I was a child, I didn’t expect tea and Chan, have such a deep connection. If Chaozhou Gongfu Tea ceremony could combine with Chan Tea, it will be more graceful.  And the cultural deposits will be enhanced.”
    一名外地来的学员兴奋地说，做茶十几年了，上禅修茶道增益班已经第六次了，每次都很喜欢来上课，因为每次都能学到不同茶叶冲泡方法。我是第一次来凤凰山，第一次正确冲泡凤凰单丛，感觉很不一样。
A non-local student said excitedly, “I have been in tea business for more than ten years and attended advanced level class sixth times already. I love to come to the class. Because I can learn different tea brewing methods every time. This is my first trip to Mount. Phoenix and the first time brewing Feng Huang Dan Cong oolong tea. It feels very different.”

    在第二天晚上的户外烛光音乐茶会中，引来了大量游客的围观，他们纷纷坐下，一起融入茶会之中，边喝茶边打听你们是哪里来的？您是做什么的？培训在哪里开班？……学员们为茶客们一一解答。
The outdoor tea party with candles and music on the second night attracted a large number of tourists. They sat down and joined the tea party. They asked a lot of questions while tasting the tea. Where do you come from? What's your occupation? Where will be the next class ?... The Chan Tea students answered all the questions for the guests.
   一名乌岽村的文先生，得知禅修茶道是文化公益，非常赞叹，茶会结束了，还意犹未尽，与禅修茶道学员继续促膝谈宴，并再三邀请禅修茶道学员，以后到他家做客冲茶。
Mr. Wen, from the Wudong village, highly praised Chan Tea when he knew it was a non-profit public cultural undertakings. When the tea party is over, he felt that he did not have enough conversation and wanted to know more. So he continued the discussion with the students, and repeatedly invited them to his house to have tea together.

   茶会外围还有一位默默关注禅修茶道的黄先生，是研究潮州工夫茶的学者，他说，中国茶道正在恢复阶段，中国的茶道文化其实是寺庙文化。
In the crowd surrounding the tea party, there was Mr. Huang who paid close attention to the Chan Tea. He is a scholar and Chaozhou Gongfu Tea is his research area. He said that the Chinese tea ceremony is recovering and Chinese tea culture is actually a part of Bbuddhist culture.

　　潮州，茶著名，壶出色，工夫茶工序完整，茶器考究。潮州不愧是工夫茶之乡，这次禅修茶道走进工夫茶之乡，难得的文化交流，学员受益匪浅。
Chaozhou, a place with famous tea and excellent NRK pot.  The process of Gongfu Tea ceremony is complete and the teaware is exquisite. Chaozhou deserves to be called the hometown of Gongfu Tea. The Chan Tea classes held in Chaozhou this time, provided a precious opportunity of cultural exchange which benefited students a lot.
